ThinkFabric ("we", "us") builds AI systems for our clients and operates thinkfabric.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-spoken on purpose.
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, work email, company, phone number, and a description of your project. We also collect standard analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, used only to improve the site.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, and send occasional updates you've asked for. We do not sell your data, and we never use client data to train third-party models.
Any data you entrust to us as part of an engagement is handled under a separate agreement, encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed only for the purpose of building and running your systems. It remains yours.
We retain contact information for as long as needed to serve you, then delete it on request. You can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data at any time by emailing Thinkfabricai@gmail.com.
